Gift Certificates

This is the perfect gift for the new Mom, the newly married, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, your office secretary or just about anyone. Who wouldn’t love a gift that gives them more free time and a little peace of mind?

Cancellations

If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, a 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled service is required. If no notice is given, the full price of service will apply. A $25 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within the 24 hours period prior to the scheduled service.

Payments

All services must be paid in advance. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks, cash or money order made payable to AZEZ, LLC. All personal checks must cleared before services are rendered. All prices listed by AZEZ, LLC are for services rendered by AZEZ, LLC and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request.

Errands

Time begins when the AZEZ, LLC employee leaves the office or your home. The first 15 miles of travel are included in the cost. Any travel over 15 miles will incur gas and mileage charges of .25 a mile.

Access to Property

If the task requested by the client requires access to a business or residence, arrangements must be made to allow AZEZ, LLC access to the property. If, for any reason, AZEZ, LLC can not gain access, the full charge will be assessed to the client.

Limitation of Liability

• We regret that we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to dry-cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor. However, we will act as a liaison to the vendor regarding repair or reparation if you so wish. That said, we cannot guarantee that you will receive full compensation for your loss.
• If you hire us to arrange contract work/waiting services (such as carpet cleaning, home repair, etc.) we cannot control outside vendors' schedules so we cannot be held liable if they do not appear at the agreed-upon time.
